Effective from 28 September 2026. Archanon is a trading name of Chris Wiltshire, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
This website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that only ever produce aggregate numbers — nothing that identifies you individually. Before you download the free trial, we ask for your email address, purely so we can send you the download link and let you know when an updated version of ViewTwo is available — it is not used for anything beyond that. The only other personal data Archanon holds is what you give directly when you buy a licence (your email address, via our payment provider Paddle) or when you contact us. ViewTwo itself, running on your machine, only ever sends data out for one reason: checking your licence key is valid, via our licensing provider Keygen. It never phones home for anything else.

ViewTwo does not collect analytics or telemetry of any kind about how you use the software. Your project files, filenames, and folder structure never leave your machine — the only outbound connection the app makes is the licence check described above.
Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, or the applicable regional Paddle entity for buyers outside the UK/EU) processes your payment as merchant of record. Keygen issues your licence key and validates it when ViewTwo checks in. Both act as independent controllers for this data under their own privacy policies, not as our processors — meaning they set their own rules for how they handle it, in addition to ours. Resend sends the trial-download and licence-key emails described above on our behalf, acting as our processor. Netlify hosts this website and generates the aggregate analytics described above. Your data may be processed outside the UK, under each provider's own safeguards for international transfers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
We keep licence and purchase records for as long as your licence remains active, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to six years, in line with UK tax record-keeping requirements). Trial-download email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query, unless we need to keep them longer for a legal reason.

ViewTwo and this website are intended for professional use by architecture and construction industry adults, and are not directed at children.
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. We won't use your data in a materially different way without telling you.
