Effective from 6 August 2026. Archanon is a trading name of Chris Wiltshire, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
This website collects nothing automatically — no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The only personal data Archanon ever holds is what you give directly when you buy a licence (your email address, via our payment provider Lemon Squeezy) or when you contact us. ViewTwo itself, running on your machine, only ever sends data out for one reason: checking your licence key is valid. It never phones home for anything else.
Chris Wiltshire, trading as Archanon ("Archanon", "we", "us"), is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at viewtwopro@gmail.com.

ViewTwo does not collect analytics or telemetry of any kind about how you use the software. Your project files, filenames, and folder structure never leave your machine — the only outbound connection the app makes is the licence check described above.
Lemon Squeezy (operated by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. or its applicable Stripe affiliate) processes your payment, issues your licence key, and validates it when ViewTwo checks in. Lemon Squeezy acts as an independent controller for this data under its own privacy policy, not as our processor — meaning they set their own rules for how they handle it, in addition to ours. Lemon Squeezy is based in the United States; your data may be processed there, under Lemon Squeezy's own safeguards for international transfers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
We keep licence and purchase records for as long as your licence remains active, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to six years, in line with UK tax record-keeping requirements). Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query, unless we need to keep them longer for a legal reason.

ViewTwo and this website are intended for professional use by architecture and construction industry adults, and are not directed at children.
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. We won't use your data in a materially different way without telling you.
